Home: Christmas Tree Association - The Maine Christmas Tree Association is a non-profit organization comprised of members that have businesses that related to the sale and promotion of Real Christmas Trees. Most members have Christmas tree farms here in the State of Maine, although some are wreath producers or do something similar related to Christmas trees. The purpose of MCTA since it was incorporated in 1962 has been to share information about Christmas trees with its members .This information ranges from the latest techniques in growing to how to educate Christmas tree customers about tree care and recycling trees. All members receive the MCTA newsletter as well as a national Christmas tree magazine, which keeps them informed making them better farmers and improving Real Christmas trees for the consumer.
